本機(jī)為立式單頭自劫綁扎機(jī)，集機(jī)、電、氣一體化，該機(jī)可以自動連續(xù)實(shí)現(xiàn)定子繞組端部的綁扎。通過凸輪鏈輪、齒輪以及連桿機(jī)構(gòu)來實(shí)現(xiàn)各動作，氣動完成各種輔助動作，采用可編程控制器進(jìn)行白動循環(huán)控制，觸摸屏顯示參數(shù)，主傳動采用變頻器無級調(diào)速。

This machine is a vertical single-head automatic binding machine, integrating machine, electricity and gas. The machine can automatically bind the ends of the stator windings continuously. Through the cam sprocket, gear and linkage mechanism to achieve each action, pneumatically complete a variety of auxiliary actions, using a programmable controller for automatic cycle control, touch screen display parameters, the main drive uses inverter stepless speed regulation.
