適用要求較高的微波器件，傳感器，濾波器及航天上應(yīng)用的元件氣密性抽真空、充氮?dú)獾拿芊夥夂�。采用三�?span>PLC程控，觸摸屏控制，高壓脈沖儲(chǔ)能電容放電，在同一工作型腔內(nèi)先抽真空后充保護(hù)氣體，再封焊一步完成，有欠壓充電不足和充電過(guò)壓保護(hù)。

Applicable to higher requirements of microwave devices, sensors, filters and aerospace components on the application of airtight vacuum, nitrogen sealed sealing welding.Using Mitsubishi PLC program-controlled, touch-screen control, high-voltage pulse energy storage capacitor discharge in the same working cavity after the first vacuum filling protection gas, then seal welding step to complete, under-voltage charge and over-voltage protection.
